這些演化而來的驅性，有時對生活是很有幫助的。
不過，若我們不懂得這些驅性的天性，要反抗它，就會遇到困難。
作者已經寫了三本書，分別是：
1. Meet Your Happy Chemicals: Dopamine, Endorphin, Oxytocin, Serotonin
2. I, Mammal: Why Your Brain Links Status and Happiness
3. Beyond Cynical: Transcend Your Mammalian Negativity
很可惜這三本都還找不到中譯本QQ
不過，在推薦讀物這邊，倒是有幾本已經有翻譯囉，感覺是個不錯的書單。
